User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keeza, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the developers of Keeza ("we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the App; (b) accessing or using the App for any competitive purpose; (c) modifying or creating derivative works based on the App; (d) distributing, transferring, sublicensing, leasing, lending, or renting the App to any third party; or (e) reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the App.

3. User Content

The App allows you to upload photos and other content ("User Content") for skin analysis. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality, including but not limited to skin analysis, generating recommendations, and creating your skin improvement timeline.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and use it; (b) your User Content does not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party; and (c) your User Content is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Analysis and Recommendations

Keeza provides AI-powered skin analysis and personalized recommendations based on the User Content you provide. These analyses and recommendations are for informational purposes only and are not intended to constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that the App's analysis results and recommendations are based on AI algorithms and may not be 100% accurate. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist for personalized medical advice regarding your skin health. We shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided by the App.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Keeza automatically saves your skin analysis results to provide you with a historical record and timeline of your skin's progress. This data is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 10. We reserve the right to retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, but will delete data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Uploading User Content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful components
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App
• Using the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App from time to time, including for the purpose of adding new features, improving functionality, or addressing security issues. These updates may be automatic, and your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the updated version of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the App.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling and discontinuing use of the App.
